I had a hard time developing this workout 😀
I wanted to have a killer BURN in my abs, without any fast movements and without being too intense. I wanted to have a calm workout, that is nice for a “slow” day, before bed or to wake up the body. OR on super hot summer days (hi August, you feel like a sauna).

The first couple of minutes are very sixpack-focused, afterwards we work on overall core strength and in the end we calm down with stretching ♥︎

PS: 36°C while we were filming. I was sweating soooo much haha.
▸ I burned 50kcal in those 10min. If you are taller or heavier than me (I’m 163cm), you will for sure burn more calories!

No Equipment necessary, no breaks (you’re used to it by now I guess) and not much space needed 🙂 If you need a break tho – take it! Just don’t quit!

  1. HIGH FIVE (or thumbs up) if you are team active, although it's boiling hot outside & we basically sweat while sitting.
    It's soooo hot in Germany, but I would never complain. Working out makes me sweat like being in the sauna – WHICH IS SO COOL 😀 Doesn't that feel like cleansing the body? I could swear my workouts are even more effective now haha.

    This routine is very slow and relaxed, so we won't die from sweating. Hope you like it 🙂

    Started at 151.8 lbs
    Ended at 146.4 lbs

    Thank you so much!! You helped me get so close to my ideal weight(135-140) If your also trying to loose weight from her workouts, I would just like to meantion that I also have soccer practices everyday and wednesdays i have to practices. And games on saturday and sunday

  9. Thank goodness this workout is placed on the sixth day of Week 3 2021 schedule because i just got my period. So relaxing. It reduced my cramps.

  12. Does she have any workouts that can be done on period? I can't do the same workouts i usually do because is more uncomfortable and i get tired quicker

  13. Beginner. Just tried this workout for first time. Some of it is very hard but the music is so dope that l will continue to try it a few times every week. Maybe I’ll get to where I can gets through all the moves. 💪🏽🧘🏽‍♀️❤️🎶🎵

  15. I'm tryna do the 10 min Cardio and this one together some days a week, I'm also walking and running a bit and doing plank exercises :)))
