  2. This was the first time I did yoga. And for some reason towards the end I just started crying. It was relaxing and also overwhelming. I'm curious what these 30 days will bring me.

I've been doing your other 10 minute morning stretch for months then I ended up stopping and tried someone else's 30 day challenge I felt very unmotivated and it didn't really feel "beginner friendly" but then I see you made one and I instantly felt connected because I knew that you will understand the struggles for new beginners how to work our body but not too much so that we can feel comfortable and I love that about you. so thank you so much ( P.S Day 1 is done)
