  5. My yoga had to take a backseat this past week due hip rotator pain. It was too much but at least I can put my own socks & shoes on in the mornings now. Hubby had to help me a few days last week. I'm 39. I guess it's that time to start getting those pains now & then. I continued some gentle yoga & hip work but it was beginner level again. Sometimes we knocked back a few levels during our yoga journeys but we'll usually always bounce back. 🧡
