Hey yogis, welcome to my channel! This week’s video is a quick 10 minute morning yoga full body stretch for beginners that you can do when you’re short on time but want a great full body stretch.

This sequence will relieve aches, pains and stiffness that are so common in the morning. This is a beginner friendly class that I hope you will enjoy!

If you have flexibility goals, this is a great class to do on a regular basis to improve hip and hamstring mobility as well as deeper backbends and shoulder flexibility.

  1. I feel really good after this 10mins and have been doing it again and again for so many times. Thanks for sharing it. Do you think it’s worth doing a 15mins version for it? Sometime I feel like to just have a few more seconds on each move to stretch a bit further especially in the morning. Thanks again.

  5. I didn't make it through the whole video, I don't think these pretzel moves feel very good. They hurt my hands/knees and I don't feel a stretch :/
