This yoga sequence incorporates some of my favorite yoga poses for sleep and relaxation which is the perfect addition to your evening routine.
Although this class was curated for better sleep, you can do this class anytime you feel overwhelmed or stressed.

  1. Wow, this was incredible. Such a gorgeous soothing routine. Oddly enough I also had my cat distracting me too running around after her mouse making such a fuss but I was able to still stay in the moment. Thank you girl
