I come from a similar background to flow, in that I have come to yoga as a result of disc injury, my chiropracticor recommended your channel, and now I feel like I have hope to not only have a strong body, but a strong mind and soul aswell, I am pretty new, but I have fully jumped into the practice, covering EMBARK I have dedicated myself to doing an hour of classes in the morning and at night and I can genuinely say I feel like a part of your family in a way, thank you so much for this impression you have made on me.

  9. As you guys have mentioned that yoga does not include pulling and you recommend doing some pull ups on the side. How do you guys do pull ups when you are travelling? You use a tree or idk like how??

  12. First day of vacation, horrendous weather outside and had to cancel a trip to boot, so I've been lazing around the whole afternoon, lying on the couch in Homer Simpson-like positions. Needless to say, this was a GREAT practice to finally force myself to move the ass and reactivate my whole body. Thanks! I'm now going for a run, weather-permitting.
