  2. It was hard for me not to chuckle a bit with the music choice. I don't think of banjo music and yin yoga! 😉 I was picturing the scene in "Deliverance", with the guys on the porch playing banjos while the entire family was out in the muddy yard doing yin yoga together to start their day! LOL
    Sorry, I'm a musician and can't help but tune into music when it's playing…
    Great session though! Yin yoga is by far my favorite practice. Thank you!
