  3. I'll be honest…. wearing those pants I could see pretty much everything……sorry. And at first I felt so stupid even in a room where it's just me adopting the poses as best I could, I'm no where near as flexible as you.

    But afterwards I have felt a lot better, whether through the feeling of doing something for myself or through the exertion process. And Christ my hamstrings sang like violin strings when I tried to touch my toes sitting down….

    I'll try to keep this up but… have work to do.

    Mmmm, sorry… male brain, heh….. so tired.

  7. The stretching is cool except the hindu/buddhist praying part. I am a Catholic and I don't do palm against palm pose. Will skip that part. Not everyone is a Hindu.
