  4. Jessica – thank you for an enjoyable yoga session that Is what I’ve been looking for my morning routine. The 20 min was the right length and flew by and leaving me in a positive mental and physical state to start my day. The intensity was just right for a morning warm up to get in touch with my body while moderately challenging for someone not advanced in the practice. I still able to participate in all of the poses to my level of flexibility and awareness. Your voice is clear, calm and pleasant and adds to a meditative feeling and help create focus for the full session.
