  4. Hi, Lovely video…I always find it hard (as a beginner & being older) to go from downward dog into the next posture (can’t remember what it’s called…trikonasna/warrior) I’m not so flexible. Any suggestions? Thanku 🧡

  7. Thank you just did this. I have stiffness and tightness all over, which specific videos do you have to help with this. Stiff and tight back problem, muscular tightness and just frozen shoulders it feels like. I'm just tight 😩
