Dear Paula, Thank you so much for another wonderful yoga session. I think your classes are superb as are you. Many thanks , Amy
You are truly the best.
I started doing yoga because of you, Paula.
Thank you so much.
God bless you 🙏
Thank you Paula! I love your classes!
Thanks, Paula. Some of these were brand new to me, but they were pretty potent 🙂
Much love from South Africa <3
Gracias, Paula!
Thank you so much Paula
Great experience for my shoulders and neck. Thank you!
I felt a lot of discomfort trying to keep my back straight throughout this, what exercises/stretches can I so to improve this?
thank you!
Amazing! Tysm! Sharing!!
Excellent stretches! Thank you!
My wife and I love your practices Paula!
Good routine do mix in sometimes. Definitely feel less tension.
I love all your sequences, it is warm, never break the body , slow and covers the details that normal video tutorials might miss. Your online class teaches me better than many the real classes (in my experience) and again practice the same video, multiple times. I have been doing yoga for 10 years. And I feel so luck to found you. Thank you Paula
Perfect for a quick break at work to release that neck tension! Thank you!
Thank you! Nice and simple. Cool

I have never tried the arm circles while stretching the neck to the side. The combination was helpful, and felt nice. Thanks
This is perfect for me as I am.prone to getting a stiffed neck during sleep.
Thank you for your so good yoga lesson!!!
I really love this practice. I suffer from neck and shoulders problems, and it's really helpful. Like all the flows that Paula shares here, it's really gentle and energizing at the same time. I feel so much better whenever I do a weekly program with Paula's channel!
Thank you for helping me to fall in love with yoga and heal a shoulder injury all in one giant swoop. I'm a changed woman . Namaste 🖤💫🧘♀️💫🖤

Dear Paula, could maybe do a short tutorial about transitioning from down dog into up dog and back rolling over one's toes ? I still don't quite manage it, even following your instructions about lifting from the belly. Thanks for all the lovely practices! Carmen x
This really hit the spot (pun intended). Would you mind making a longer video (30 mins) dedicated to the neck, shoulders and upper back? Preferably seated throughout for tired evenings! Thanks, Paula.
Thanks a million for the practice 💜
Thank you! This was the perfect release for my neck and shoulder while sitting at my desk while uploading and editing YouTube videos 🙂
Thank you Paula~ relax my tight shoulder and neck, so happy to do this video.
