I am going to be honest I had a very stress full day I have been trying to stay happy a positive but today just didn’t go right I started off with some back stretches from another channel but she worked fast and almost seemed like she wanted to be done giving no time to think I head to this channel and I loved it gave me time an wasn’t rush full I really need this after this rough day thank you

  3. This is my first yoga session. I am a nursing student under a lot of stress as this week has been extremely heavy and I felt all the tension release from my back. I usually go to a chiropractor but with how my schedule has been I haven't had the time. This is now going to be a nightly routine for me. Thank you so much!!!
