  1. This is exactly what I needed! I hurt my knee and thought my Yoga adventure with U was over, BUT! U got me to keep moving with this while I heal. Thank U for offering this, and with such considerate compassion and kindness

  2. Without reading the over 900 comments here, I'm asking you to create a playlist for seniors. I'm disabled and can't do a cross legged pose of any kind without terrible pain, and still intend to continue developing yoga in my day-to-day life. Your help in this way would be wonderful.

  3. I can do chair yoga with more focus and strength instead of jarring my body and still feeling wonderful thank you for the quietness of your voice as you lead us through these exercises…i believe quieting your body is one of the best exercise you can do….

  4. I haven’t been able to do much exercise due to a back injury and I have started to doing this practise. It helps me to manage my pain and also get my body moving. I would love some more Chair Yoga practises in the future ❣️

  5. Hello. Excellent class. I have to admit that I was not as flexible as I thought. I must continue with this class daily. Thank you for this amazing video.

  6. I'm healing from a surgery and facing another this week. Can't do too much, but the chair yoga is really great. Thank you!

  7. Hi Adriene saw your chair yoga video for the first time today. I'm a 79 yr old male I joined the Nanaimo,BC hospital pain program for my lower back pain. I really enjoyed your video and plan to practice your yoga more often.

  8. Hi, my name is Donna. I’m 68 yrs old! I’ve been doing this chair yoga sequence for almost 3 months and have only missed 1 day. This program has been instrumental in making large changes in my life. I’ve also begun Noom, a life style and wt loss program. I’m walking about 2 miles a day. The yoga has been and continues to be my base. Thank you for providing this chair yoga sequence for all of us! Namaste ❤️

  9. Dear Adreine, thank you for this siquence!
I'm in hospital with covid, and doing chair yoga with you.
It makes me feel more energetic and healthy- Thank you for that!
I'd like to know if you have some more practices that I can do without a matt and without touching the hospital floor 🙂
    Thanks!
    Julia

  10. This video, and your other seated videos, have been really helpful to me this week—I had minor toe surgery, but it meant I didn't have to stop my daily yoga and could do some great stretching–all of which I'm sure is helping with my healing as well. Thank you! Missed Benji though 🙂

  11. Hi. My name is Sarah and I am excited to try this. I have Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia and I need to do exercise, but it needs to have stretching and very low impact.

  12. Needed some yoga this morning, but have a new puppy and was looking for something off the floor to keep him from attacking. It was great!

  13. I appreciate this chair yoga class. I hurt my foot last week and I'm in recovery mode, so this class was perfect. Thank you, Adriende. Namaste!

  14. Thank you for this video! I have chronic pain issues that have affected my exercise routine and goals but I really enjoy these videos to stretch my body and take a self-care break!
