  1. day 7 is complete…. veryyy challenging but i completed it. with the downward dog and the plank back and forth i did a couple but as my body was getting weak i did low impact and i still finished, just shows i have stuff to work on but im ready for tomorrow 🙂

  8. I broke a little sweat with this one. I'm so out of shape but made it through. I really enjoyed it.

    I have a ? Is there anything I can do for my left frozen shoulder some times while stretching m arm feels stuck and doesn't stretch as far and feels stuck
