  1. Appreciate where you are.
Follow this inner voice and I do believe you will learn to appreciate all of your relationships with more sincerity and love.

  2. Wonderful. Thank you so much for this gift of making the daily connection to my body EASE-ier. xo

  3. I just want to say thank you for a wonderful 20 minutes. You truly have such a kind and peaceful energy.

  4. i always come back to this video, especially after work– i feel like practices that are more than 30 minutes are a bit too much for weekdays. and this just hits the spot! sometimes i like to do this as a warmup before a workout as well.

  5. I love this practice so much! No matter what I have going on, I can almost always squeeze in 20 minutes and it feels so worth it. Thank you, Adriene!

  6. I've been doing YWA for about 3 years and just took a break a month because I have breast cancer and had a mastectomy. I missed YWA so much in that month. I'm back today, taking it easy and it feels great 👍.

  7. This is a great wake up yourself practice, just a fairly short 20 minutes to say hello to all those body parts. I even was very tree like on one side, yay.

  8. Should you warm up/raise the heart rate before yoga? I always thought you shouldn’t stretch cold?
    Thanks 🙏

  9. Thank you Adriene!! A beautiful practice for the late night flow 🙂 🙏🏾❤️🌺🕉🌈

  10. woooooow that was the shizit love it!!!!! yeaaaa love this workout!!!! been following you for years!!!! you are my role model in yoga!!! greatness to you my guru lol!!

  11. Thank you very much for sharing this wonderful flow! It is exactly what I needed today. 🙂

  12. I have the feeling that a lot of kids from the post-pandemic generation will be named Adriene / Adrien

  13. I had a hard time doing standing lunge in the beginning of my yoga journey. After 3 months of (almost) daily practice, I was able to do it pretty smoothly. My back leg was no longer weak and pretty firm in the position. Great video!

  14. Thank you so much for everything you teach. I’m amazing you can speak so clearly & gracefully while practicing. Also, thank you for reminding us frequently to focus in on our breathing; with extreme anxiety I often hold my breath without realizing or being mindful & in tune w my body & you have helped that so much. Your teachings are life changing. Thank you once more.

  15. This is really great practice, thank you, Adriene! I've done this few times now and I thought that it would be even better if it had a bit slower tempo.. I find it hard to get the positions right at this speed. 😀

  16. This is the bes yoga session in my life! Yoga body flow suits me. I like continuous and full packed yoga. Thanks, Adrienne! Please more of these! ❤

  17. the cueing is muddled by her trying to make everything sound pretty rather than giving concise cues. She also uses this breathy bedroom voice rather than just speaking clearly. Also love how pairing it with meditation seems to be an afterthought to her when meditation is literally the point of yoga. this ain't it for me.

  18. We all have our reasons for practising, for me today that was consuming a full mug of coffee for the first time and feeling a little jittery. Thank you for this practice 🙂

  19. I know this video is over a year old, but I wanna print out 'You done good' on Tshirts!🤣 really needed that pat on the mind

  20. I wanted to like this but the awkward sequencing (“kicking” your leg up is a great way to get hurt…movements should be slow and mindful to build strength and prevent injury)…coupled with the non-yogic/ujjayi breathing (aka the instructor constantly going “phhhhhhhewww” very audibly on the outbreath) was very distracting and really broke the vibe.

  21. Day 6: Progress

Once again, I had to insert this in the night after going out of the house. This was refreshing and kind. Once more, I admire how encouraging and welcoming these videos are. I've noticed how my balance and posture have improved. The positions become more familiar to me. Thank you so much for these. It means a lot.

  22. I have been following ywa for 5 years. I discovered this flow 3 days ago and I have been practicing it after my morning meditation. It is a great energizer and mood lifter. Thank you Adriene.

  23. Watching crafts has been building ideas of strength, women find within their own time. Building from the sutras I have noticed the eagle is a sequence that I would like to form and shape a mudra. Your vinyassa is perfect

  24. Almost skipped today's practice cause I felt that going for a long walk would be the same, look at me on the mat having finished today's practice😅. My left shoulder was giving me a hard time and I almost gave up half way but after the practice it feels amazing 🙂
