Welcome to your 30 Minutes Full Body Stretching Routine! This efficient and well balanced sequence provides you with everything you need to get your daily dose of flexibility, mobility & relaxation. It´s also good for stress and backpain relief, and helps you to connect with yourself.

In addition to my German voice-over-videos, I will be producing more music-only stretching and fitness content in the future, so everybody can join! If you have any video requests, please let me know in the comments.

  2. Tut mit leid, so sehr ich Deine Videos mag liebe Mady, aber dieses gefällt mir leider nicht so gut. Das Gepiepse und Anzählen bringt für mich gefühlte Unruhe und Hektik rein und genau das wollen wir ja nicht, oder? 😉

  3. It was fucking epic. First stretching I've ever done and the contrast of it being revigorating from having every part of your body woken up, yet so calming that I almost fell asleep was savourous. Will definitely do it again.

  4. Loved the stretches, and the fact that there's no talking!!! haha The background music is great, and having the chimes to tell you when it's time to change stretches, is perfect!!

  5. Foarte bine foarte frumos vă mulțumesc pentru explicații și sper să mă ajuți mă ajute în problema mea de spate că nu mai știu ce să fac de doi ani am dureri foarte mari în spate și am fost la toți chino terapeut ei toți nu au făcut nimic mă simt mult mai bine după ce am făcut exercițiile

  6. Generally, I dislike videos with music, but this was perfect. No sudden transitions, no high sounds or inconsistent audio, no rave/gym-like music, just a upbeat song to relax just enough to feel the body melting. The way Mady goes to each posture is so beautiful also, I need to remind myself to accompany her and stop staring. Great stretches, it relieved my cramps and terrible mood. Every morning starts with a smile after a yoga session ᵔᴥᵔ

  7. Hai Mady, i love to do your YOGA because everytime i completed the FULL BODY STRETCH i do feel energetic to go to office and start my day. Good mood and i can prolog that good mood as my parts of body functioning well. the music background with the YOGA activities do blend well as you experience the relaxing feeling during the Body Stretching.
