  7. Hi ladies! I wanted to take a moment and just give some gratitude for this workout. It keeps me going. There was a time during the pandemic when I had lost so much, my job etc and I had no idea what to do. But I started doing this routine as a warm up everyday, and when the doubt crept in, I would say to myself, "I know I can start here today." Since then, I am working, travelling and in love. And I still do this routine. Thanks to you both.

  8. Loved this routine! It's usually hard for me to motivate myself to work out or stretch, but this was very enjoyable! Relaxing but strengthening at the same time

  9. Very interesting set of positions and exercises however the music playlist doesn't help with the "strength" part of this routine… would have enjoyed something more energetic. Thank you anyway for this workout
