  4. Hello mam. Namaste. I have question. When we have our periods (our menstruation),, is it okey to do yoga or better stop and wait until our menstruation finish. And if its okey to do yoga while still menstruation,, is there any specific movements that we should Not do or what ? I wait for your explanation mam. Thankyou😊❤ (sorry my english is bad) .
