  3. This one is sadly enough going way to fast what makes me lose motivation. While I am with my head busy in an exercise it is already counting down and you missed the example of the next one. You are explaing after, but then you lost a seconds of the exercise. It made me quit

  6. ahh i need to add one time per day or 2 step per day cuz you know what the 6 & 7 steps kills me😭 but its okay i manage to do till step 8.
