I appreciate the yoga nidra but you take more then 10 mins to get into it . It's a bit misleading if your expecting a 40 mom yoga nidra

I guess the universe heard me!🌙💫 But what did you do with your normal speaking pace? Did you try a slower pace? To be honest, i'm so in love with your normal pace 💓
