  10. I have two dogs and a cat and whenever I do yoga, I have all three trying to get on the mat and eventually they all calm down and start sleeping around me. One of my dogs is a 6 month old Cane Corso (Italian Mastiff) and heโ€™s really hyperactive and steps all over me ๐Ÿ˜‚ and heโ€™s so heavy he doesnโ€™t know how big he is. Itโ€™s alright with my cat and other dog as she is a smaller breed (we think sheโ€™s a Maltese terrier-shitzu mix but she was a rescue so weโ€™re not really sure)

  12. I practice yoga in my bedroom facing the window and today a sparrow decided to join me and stayed perched on the windowsill for a couple of minutes. It brought a big smile on my face and a welcomed warmth in my heart. Being more mindful through yoga helps me so much in appreciating such cute little moments of joy!
