I love these slower and deeper practises. I find them so beneficial and recently my body has been so stiff and difficult to move that most yoga classes feel so.ewhat disheartening. But giving yourself the time to just ease into it is so lovely and helpful ❤
This practice has become my Sunday ritual. I have been doing YWA regularly for 4 years and still can't cross my legs. I couldn't cross my legs as a little kid so it may not be possible? But this practice might just get me there. Thank you Adriene.
