  5. Currently dealing with a setback in my anxiety recovery, struggling with being at home alone whilst also suffering with agoraphobia.
    This video helps me to feel calm every time, even if only for half hour or so.
    But thank you so much for that. Itโ€™s half hour that saves me for the day

  7. Thank you so much. I cannot express what a difference these 16 minutes made on my life, as a person with severe anxiety. You allowed me to finally recognize the amount of work I put into self-improvement and accept myself and release anxiety. I feel as if I had an awakening and cried at the end of this video. I cannot thank you enough.

  12. I was never able to do the alternate nostril breathing technique because I always have a stuffy nose. But today I thought it was worth taking the time to rinse my nose (I don't have a neti pot but use a thing to clean a baby's nose). Yesterday I found out I have covid, I'm not sick, but dealing with keeping distance from my partner in our small appartement, sleeping in different rooms, cleaning all the time, it's just a lot.
    Thank you Adriene for always being here for us all. It really helps.

  13. I've been in so much stress today and I've been feeling vulnerable for a long time now… I felt my anxiety attack coming, so I chose this video to kinda get me through it. Had a cry and a release at the same time in the middle of the practice. It's such a nice feeling, not feeling alone on this (even though I don't wish it upon anybody!).

  14. Adrienne, I cannot breathe out of one of my nostrils. They only work one at a time. I don't know how you do this.

  15. Forwago is the best thing I did this year, it takes time, but the results are amazing. I'm finally happy with my life and where I'm headed.

  17. hello ma'am very very nice video i must say.. i was having anxiety attacks from a very long time irrespective of any particular cause.. then i tried using planet ayurveda medication on advise of my cousin i used it for around a month and also started with your yoga poses and now i feel completely fine, positive and too confident..
