  2. I have constant lower back pain as well as tightness. In my attempt to get a solution for my trouble, I have used different guidelines but to no avail, no one has been competent to aid. Nonetheless, this particular back ache guide have been an exception. I attained much ease and comfort because of it. I suggest this guidebook..   4. Can you do a back stretching video for people who have had knee surgery (can't put weight on knees like in cat cow or camel and cn't bend knee so heel touches bottom like in child's pose)

  5. This is the best yoga for my back. My back used to ache every time I used stand in the kitchen to cook or work on the desk for more than half an hr.. since I have been doing this exercise on and off my back has stopped hurting.. has never been ache free since ages.. Thank you so much for this video:)
