  1. The release I felt from this video made me cry. My body, my mood and my health have suffered this year but I've been taking the steps to get better. One of those steps was to work on how my body feels and the quality of my sleep. This video literally had my crying a little on my yoga mat. I dont know if it was bc my mind was finally quiet or bc my body released so much tension. Probably both but ill be back for more of this

  2. loved this energy but it seems my body is not flexible enough to be comfortable in some of these poses. Maybe I’ll come back here and try it again soon

  4. I’m new to yoga after being introduced to chair yoga at a recent event. Your channel was recommended to me by Sophie Rogers, the lady who taught the chair yoga and I’ve been looking out for videos ever since. I don’t have much space in my room but I gave it a good go. So relaxing!

  7. I don't know what happened, but I just fell asleep in the middle of the session and woke up very refreshed even if I don't have complete 6-8 hrs of sleep. It's like I was reborn, no tension in my body, and no jerks because I lack sleep.

  8. I love this, it’s been a while since I’ve done this. My body was a little stiff especially my legs 🦵 but I want to continue to do this so that I can get my flexibility back. I love all of your videos and I will continue to use them. Thank you for sharing them, you are amazing 🤩
