  1. I often hear from people that they cannot do yoga because they are not flexible enough.
But being flexible is really the art of being open and available.
Open and available to what is current and present.
    It’s an inside job, this… space… making.
We can start with the body but remember what the great yoga guides have shown us…
    The body is a metaphor.
And I am no expert, but I suspect… there is a lot to balance and uncover.
This week we meditate on flexibility as conscious openness.
    Booyah. Enjoy!

  2. For years and years, it has been a dream of mine to be able to wake up early in the morning and begin my day with yoga. Unfortunately, I still have not attained that dream- waking up even that extra 20 minutes early is tricky for me. BUT! I have found compromise, and I have begun doing yoga for at 15-30 minutes before bed. It has been a week now, and I am so excited to make this a healthy habit and for making this time for myself. Thank you so much Adriene for making yoga so accessible and digestible. You are such a warm light in this world. Namaste <3

  3. I’m going through it health wise and this really brought me back and grounded me immensely. Thank you Adriene! If you’re reading this I hope the sun shines a little brighter on you today. 🙂

  4. Thank you for this video. I'm currently undergoing chemotherapy and struggling with fatigue as well as stiffness and aches and pains from being bedridden for days at a time. This practice is perfect – gentle enough to be manageable, but still hitting every part of the body and providing release and realignment. I try to do it every morning when I'm feeling well enough and even just 16 minutes makes such a huge difference.

  5. I know this isn’t yoga specifically made for relieving back pain, but I’ve been doing this routine every day now for two weeks and the difference it has made for my back pain is incredible! I genuinely look forward to this routine, it has relieved so much of my pain

  6. I wanted to try this to see what it would do for me. I'm a very anxious person with chronic migraines and back issues. I find it hard to relax most of the time but this video is the HOLY GRAIL!!!! the entire process is so simple and it feels so nice the entire time. Thank you so much for making this

  7. I have terrible anxiety and I always feel like nothing will make me calm but this was a very calming yoga session and I feel very at ease right now ❤✨
