  14. I do some kind of yoga every day, but the past week I have had severe low back pain that makes any movement very difficult. I found this extremely painful at times, but wow am I looser now! I was able to walk down the stairs by myself for the first time in days. I was about to give up and ask my doctor for prescription meds, but now I think I might get through this without that. Adriene, you are THE BEST and deserve every bit of your success. Thank you! Much love and prayers for your mother.

  20. Hello, I came here because I’m too stiff for your other videos but I’m still too stiff for this one. Could you do a video for people who can’t yet sit forward with their legs out. I’m starting to feel like I am the only person online this stiff! There’s so few coverage from big names (and good teachers like Adrienne). Getting frustrated because I don’t know what poses I can do to get to the ones your demonstrating because IM THE STFF. Love ✨💜
