  8. Lifesaver- I’m on the first day of a family vacation and have had a migraine. Couldn’t get to the chiropractor before leaving. Hopes it would go away. Woke up this morning still with pain m, decided to “google” yoga for migraines. I should have known you would have something to help! Just finished the practice and already feel some relief.   12. Nice explanation. My mother was suffering from it. It was very painful. She didn't want to take

    This helped a lot at onset of hormonal migraine
