  1. This one is good – damn good – for all body types and designed to help you keep up on that healthy mental stamina, as well.

  2. Starting to love those planks (with the exception of the side planks). Lower back partially cooperated today but I know my limits and the golden rule: Stop if there is pain. Arms and shoulders feel great. Now to enjoy the rest of the day.
