  3. Yoga with Adriene has become a habit for me. I started when I had to stay at home as lockdowns were imposed in our country when the pandemic started in March 2020. I'm still at it now. Thanks, Adriene! You don't know how much you have been part of what's keeping me sane, healthy, and strong 🙂

  6. I started sobbing half-way through the practice. I've struggled with depression all my life, more severely so over the past ten years, since my early to mid-twenties. Despite some recent personal setbacks and despite what's going on globally, I'm finally able to go off my meds. I feel so grateful and liberated to be able to finally sense my body in a whole different way. If ever I get the chance to bump into Adriene personally, I really just wanna give her the biggest hug possible. It's potentially going to be slightly awkward, I hope that's ok.

  10. Just finished this. Excited to reboot my yoga journey on time at the beginning of a month (ahaha) as I'm part of Cultivate. Also wanted to thank you Adriene, as you make yoga fun but also fulfilling to complete as well. You're honestly the only way I can practice yoga and enjoy it without wondering "how much longer". I've been subscribed for a long time, but finally taking the time to dedicate more yoga within my life.

  12. Day 1 of the cultivate calendar complete! I appreciated this sweat session so much! The strength I feel from months of YWA practices keeps me going. Tomorrow I'm visiting my sister and I told her to make sure her yoga mat was ready because I wanted to share a few days of yoga with her in hopes she'd get hooked like I am. Happy August friends!

  13. This was amazing! I've sort of had an accidental month off from yoga, I just fell out of the habit and kept procrastinating it but today I managed it! I'm so proud of myself for getting on the mat and with one of the longer videos as well! I feel great and I can't wait to do more tomorrow! Thank you so much Adriene!

  14. Day #1 of cultivate : I had quite a few distractions (had to take a pee break and bc of a storm the power went out lol) but i still managed to finish. I was so relaxed and present that i didn’t realize i basically did multiple pushups today. Looking forward to showing up for myself for the rest of the month <3

  16. I discovered YWA last month as I was looking to start practicing yoga again. I have really enjoyed all the sessions so far and am glad to find so many different sequences of various lengths. I also like the light-hearted but focused and inclusive approach. I look forward to following the YWA monthly themed calendar and be more consistent with my yoga practice.
