I just finished your 30
Day Breathe practice a couple days ago. I cannot express the tension I feel in my neck and head. I know it’s a spiritual thing..won’t last long! This routine really helped some
Of that tension loosen up 💪🏼🙏🏼✨
Where is the actual yoga ?? Sitting without back support just makes my upper back tension worse and that's all this practice is!!
Loved it. I felt overwhelmed and this saved me right now
Beautiful practice. Thank you!
I hope you know how many lives you have saved with these videos Adriene, including my own. Namaste!
way too much talking. This increased my tension and had to turn it off after yelling at screen.
Perfect for returning to the mat after 1,5 year without yoga! Thank you very much for this lovely video.
Is your dog dead
Wow that time went quick! I thought I read the time stamp wrong, I was like there's no way that was 28 minutes! Thank you, much needed practice loved it!!
we're on the floor.. please!! less talking, just give direction . thank you. not for me
This practice was so relieving and relaxing! It's one of my favourites, thank you Adriene!💓 Also, Benji is so cute🥺
Thank you Adraine
Adrienne: "try to stay present with whatever is going on in the moment" 😌
Benji: twitching uncontrollably
Thanks for this wonderful video 😘
This was Amazing!!! I have been far too stressed by my daily life lately and this helped sm I was laughing after, also my cat was laying next to me the whole time too 😅
Omg. I have been so tense in my shoulders for days now and I finally feel relief. I can’t thank you enough Adrienne. 😭😭
This practice always makes me want to cry, in a good way, so much tension floating away from my body, thank you Adrienne 💚
I normally have you in my TV, but my toddler was watching it quietly. I was not ruining that. So, I put you on my phone and put my headphones in. I thought I keep hearing something when you got quiet, so I focused on it. With the head phones in you can hear your heartbeat. Thought that was interesting and had to share.
Loved this calming practice! Just what I needed ❤
Thankyou 🙂
Too much talking!!
Thank you Adriene 🙏🙌✨
I really needed this! Thank you!
During the neck movements, I started feeling a little bit stress, breathing faster but listen to you and focusing on my breath, I felt safe. Breathing is the key. After that, I felt much better. 🙂 Thanks a lot. Namaste <3
How serendipitous that I found this exactly 2 years later. It's exactly what I needed. I cried at the end.
Wow, I really needed this today… I remembered how difficult it was to focus on my breath the last time I did this sequence, but somehow I wanted to try it again. I came to the mat with tension headaches, tight shoulders, stress and heaviness in the chest. Tears were falling down during the whole practice – but now I feel much more better and released. Thank you so much for this video! I hope you're doing well 🍀💖
Adriene, Thank you for the relief and for the slowing down! I really needed it! ❤️
Thank you for everything Adriene, I appreciate you so much 🥰
This is amazing, seriously! Started with a tight chest, anxiety building up and left the mat smiling and relaxed. You're amazing, Adriene!
thank you <333
definitely my fav session :)))))
loved the session!!!!
That was perfect
thank you, kind human / sister / warrior. i cried toward the end, but more importantly, felt gratitude, wonder, and joy for taking this time. I'm so grateful.
Love love loved this session. Yoga on a Sunday morning is so refreshing…
I needed this. Thanks for this practice
I really want to do this but my knees are extremely painful when I try to sit on the floor. Is there some modification that would allow me to still do yoga?
I love your style, you are awesome. Thank you
So great to come back to this one again, it is deeply relaxing 😌 . Peace your way.
Thank you for your calming voice, positive attitude and inclusivity Adriene. I turn to these videos to help with flexibility and mental health mainly, and you are so unique in your approach that it is soothing and relieving. Thank you a million times over.
Thank you adriene for all your help, I cannot thank you enough! A small remark though, when you guide through the meditation saying observe your state or your breath I think silence is needed, i had to stop this video because there had been too much distraction through talking about bringing awareness to the present moment and inward that it actually distracts from doing it! I mean to be a constructive remark really! Continue doing great and again thank you sincerely ❤
Thank you for making things simple again. It's funny how easy it is to forget.
