  3. I found a practice I've never done of Adriene's, although I know there are more I've missed. This felt exquisite, as I've been working pretty hard in active poses and am trying to go slower to give myself a rest. This was great.

  5. I can't articulate the wonders this programme does to my muscles. I work as a bike messenger and do over 600 km weekly. Pretty sure that without Adriene's help, my body would be one huge cramped muscle, impossible to set into motion day after day. But it's flexible and relaxed instead. I've been doing this routine for years now and it never got outdated or boring. I'm beyond grateful!

  6. Do you have videos for those who have limited movement or flexibility? The videos are nice but the moves seems to be for advance people

  7. Just finished a backpacking trip through the Berg Lake Trail in BC Canada with a heavy backpack and my legs were tired. Set up to do my yoga and wondered if YWA had something specific to help with my tired legs. I should not have been surprised! Once again, Adriene to the rescue! Thank you!! This was perfect. ❤️👌
