Yoga For Uncertainty | Yoga With Adriene



Utilizing the tools of yoga through regular practice can serve well beyond a good stretch, particularly in times of uncertainty. This full-length grounding session provides us with the tools to better acknowledge our feelings, regulate the nervous system, reconnect to our core, and learn when to let go. This is the perfect practice to ground with when you are struggling, or feeling off-center. You may also enjoy this class as preventative care to maintain mental, emotional, and physical balance.

  11. Let me tell you when I have had thee world's toughest day I mean it. My girlfriend of 5 months just broke up with me and I found out today that my university will be online this upcoming semester meaning I have to move back in with my abusive parents. With all these big changes I felt a lot of pain and uncertainty. So with this practice it helped me to relax and to be here rather than worey what will come next. Thank you for that tiny bit of peace Adriene it means more than you know! 🙂

  13. How annoying it is that you are enjoying the journey of the practice and then all of a sudden your palms get so sweaty that you faceplant straight to your matt. For me downward facing dog is mostly trying not to slip onto my face and the bunny posture thingy was me just going full flying practice with my hands swinging on and off because my grip just didn't hold. The struggle of the sweat.

  20. Breathing is brutal! I have anxiety and stress. So this is great that I'm listening to my breaths. Erratic and shallow. Need to really be kind to myself and work my yoga. Namaste! My body enjoyed the workout! Although my abdominal was getting cramped. 🧘🏻‍♀️🙏❤
