I lost my job (that i poured my heart and soul into) a few weeks ago (they just hired someone else and never even told me personally i just got a letter) and i am buckling under the weight of financial anxiety and shame and I'm so scared of being an absolute failure at only 31. This video is a good start for me to finally pick myself up again, get out of my depression, and look forward. Thank you.

  7. it's about time I fix my relationship with exercise because I really miss it, but I'm scared I'll become perfectionistic about it.. I'm going to try to start following Adriene's yoga videos, then in a few months I'll see if I'm strong enough to move over to strength or running without relapsing into an ed.

  11. Hi there, this is what you tube and internet world is great for people. Improving their real life conditions when we have pandemic or remote locations. Unlike multibillion gaming industry, this is the real contribution to betterment. If anything scares me, is the unreal world many billions are spending their time and money on while governments and involved activists concern about health of people and planet are just begging for resources to curb the crisis. May we rise to the real life challenges and yoga, meditation are here to help now more then ever before. Thank you for channel.
