  3. Thank you for this morning refresh. I have been practicing with you for years. I love how you are truly yourself and it shines through. I refer to your channel as a self care tool for clients. You are amazing!

Nah I actually love you so much man, not just the physical practice but how gentle you are, how you explain things, the links with spirituality but also understanding it might not resonate with everyone so how you really accommodate for all, you can just tell how compassionate you are as a human!

    And why I genuinely love you so much is your personality, your random comments, how you embrace being weird, and allow it to be playful! Like intrusive thoughts came throughout but there were times I felt so happy and just laughed and smiled and just felt peace, it's great to know that I can cultivate that throughout the day and life as well!

    And the way you do your videos it feels like you're actually there, like a spiritual guide/friend/yoga teacher/good freaking human/amazing energy and presence. I'm so grateful for you on this planet and what you do. The message you shared at the end about being able to help others once you've filled your cup but not having to worry about that pressure of having to help (e.g. I keep tryna help on empty) ugh I needed this so much. Great start to my birthday as well cos every year I usually hate my birthday and was really stressing myself out and have been taking on a lot of other people's pain recently. Today I give myself the grace to fully pour into my cup and give myself love! ^_^ THANK YOU!

  7. I love this practice! Has a lot of my favourite poses and stretches in it and allows me to wake up comfortably!

  8. The best morning practice I have ever done. And I've done tons of it.
    Usually I struggle to find practice with enough stretch and strength routines for really good wake up call feeling. But still not to hard because I prefer intensive-power flow for the second half of the day not morning.
    But this one is perfect! All in balance here.
